WING2050 is a precise, portable, radial arm oxy-fuel cutting machine. It is portable, light in weight, small in size, and can easily be shifted to the site and can be placed directly on the plate to cut. The machine is mounted on 4 ball castors to make it move on the plate comfortably.
The tracking roller is a magnetized item by a solenoid coil and driven by a motor following the edge of the template. It can cut virtually any shape of template guided by a cutting torch along the desired profile to cut. The SCR control ensures smooth running with stable step-less speed variation.
The rotating joint ensures free and frictionless movement of the arm which is laden with ball and needle roller bearing. The perfect combination of rack and pinion system makes the movements easy and smooth in the horizontal and vertical directions to cut the accurate profile for the need.
